• All sales are final.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at our discretion.

Ordering & Communication

• Orders may be placed online 24/7.

• All online orders must be confirmed via phone or text during customer service phone hours.

• Orders and deliveries are subject to availability and delivery distance.

Substitution Policy

Floral arrangements may vary slightly from the images shown. While every effort is made to replicate the style, theme, and color scheme, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal or market availability.

In such cases:

• Substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value.

• The overall design and spirit of your arrangement will always be preserved.

Order Minimums & Delivery Fees

• $50 order minimum for deliveries between 0 to 15 miles from Cerritos, CA.

• $100 order minimum for deliveries 15+ from Cerritos, CA.

• Free delivery for orders within 0 to 5 miles, including:
  Artesia, Bellflower, Buena Park, Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens, and Norwalk.

• $15 delivery fee applies to 6–10 mile deliveries. $20 delivery fee for 10-15 miles.

• Student-related orders may be exempt from delivery fees (with valid communication and proof).

Same-Day Delivery Policy

• Same-day delivery orders must be placed and confirmed by 11:00 a.m. by call or text during customer service phone hours.

• Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the next day, based on availability.

• Note: Advanced ordering is required for peak holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day).​​

Designated Location:

• Meeting at a pre-arranged place to deliver our products is possible. The cities include Artesia, Bellflower, and Cerritos, California, USA, after the product has been purchased and communication has been confirmed.

Delivery Days & Hours

• Delivery Days: Sunday through Thursday

• No deliveries on: Friday and Saturday (Special arrangements for deliveries before 5 pm on Fridays)

• Delivery Time Window: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We do not guarantee exact delivery times, but we can provide a general time frame.

Delivery to Businesses, Apartments, and Secured Locations

For deliveries to locations where flowers cannot be left unattended:

• Our drivers may contact the recipient before delivery to ensure availability.

• For apartment complexes or gated buildings, coordination may be required.

• A secure, weather-protected area must be available if the recipient is unavailable.

This minimal contact preserves the surprise and ensures your flowers arrive safely and beautifully.

Refused Deliveries

• If a recipient refuses delivery, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

• All sales are final, and delivered arrangements are accepted "as is."
