Substitution Policy:

• At times, the florist's photo may capture an overall theme or style that cannot be perfectly replicated. While the actual bouquet may not be an exact match, it will reflect the same essence. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to weather, seasonality, or market availability. In such cases, FloraLinda Flowers will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement are maintained, and only items of equal or greater value will be substituted

Order Minimums

• Our minimum order starts at $55 and increases based on delivery distance.

• Final Sale on all Products

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff

• For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12 pm and you must contact our store directly otherwise it may be next-day delivery or depend on availability. 

• Please note that for busy holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we require orders to be placed further in advance.

Delivery Days Schedule

• We deliver Sunday through Thursday.

• We Closed for delivery on Friday and Saturday. 

Delivery Window

• Deliveries will be made between 9 am and 7 pm. 

• Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Business, Apartment, or Secured Deliveries

• If delivering to a business, apartment, or any location where flowers cannot be left outside, our drivers will likely contact the recipient before leaving our shop to ensure they can receive the delivery. Don’t worry, this won’t spoil the surprise—it just gives the recipient a little extra time to look forward to it!

• Please ensure that your recipient will be available at the delivery location or that there is a secure, weather-protected place to leave the flowers. For apartment deliveries, recipients may be contacted ahead of time to coordinate.

Refused Deliveries

• We cannot offer returns or refunds if a recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

Delivery Minimums

• Please ensure your order meets the minimum amount based on the delivery distance from Cerritos, CA:

• 0 to 3 miles, delivery is free.

• 3-30 miles: $150 order minimum delivery is $15 fee
